RETURN POLICY


Return Policy on Pacinos Website

Pacinos Signature, Inc. does not issue nor grant refunds on subscription packages. You have 29 days from your date of subscribing to cancel your subscription. If you fail to cancel before your recurring billing date, Pacinos Signature, Inc. will not refund you the amount for your subscription package. Cancelation is only possible after the second month of your subscription. You can cancel by logging into your account that we provide you when you initially become a member, or by emailing us at support@pacinossignatureline.com

RETURNS FROM OUR WEBSITE

We will accept returns of product orders from our website that are returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition, in the original packaging, and be a regular priced item.  Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.  


To return your product, mail your product to: 932 Clint Moore RD, Boca Raton, FL 33487. You are responsible for costs incurred in connection with mailing us your returned product, and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds on returned orders will incur a 20% re-stock fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refunded transaction.  If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of the email confirming that Pacinos has received your returned item, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 30 days of the email confirming that Pacinos has received your returned item, please contact us at
support@pacinossignatureline.com. 


Defective Items:
At Pacinos, we stand behind our products and our quality controls.  If you received a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@pacinossignatureline.com for instructions.

Returns of Gifts:
If you are returning an item that was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you from a purchase through our website, you are only eligible for a gift credit for the value of your returned product. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to the gift giver personally who later gifted the item to you, only the gift giver is eligible for a refund.

If you are shipping an item over 75 dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
