RETURN POLICY

All sales of Pacinos Signature Line products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturer defects.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing error, a replacement may be issued at the discretion of Pacinos Signature Line. To initiate a replacement request for a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the defect, as well as proof of purchase. All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by Pacinos Signature Line.
