You have the right to opt out. See Section 8 and our "Your Privacy Choices" link in the Site footer.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, account login credentials, product reviews and any photos or videos you submit with them, customer-service messages, survey and quiz responses, and your marketing preferences. If you apply to become a retailer or wholesale customer, we also collect your business name, business contact details, and related information.
Payment information. When you pay, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay, depending on the method you choose). We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, and authorization result.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: your IP address; device type, operating system, and browser; the pages, products, and collections you view; the links and buttons you click; the products you add to cart; referring and exit URLs; search terms you enter on the Site; date, time, and duration of your visit; and approximate location (city/region) derived from your IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies described in our Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from: our advertising and analytics partners (for example, that you clicked one of our ads); social media platforms when you interact with our content; retailers and distributors regarding wholesale orders; shipping carriers regarding delivery status; affiliate and creator partners regarding referrals; and fraud-prevention providers.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- process, fulfill, ship, and track your orders, and to handle returns and defective-product replacements;
- create and maintain your account, and authenticate you;
- provide customer service and respond to your questions;
- send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping notices, and, where you have opted in, cart reminders);
- send marketing emails and text messages where you have opted in, and to manage those preferences;
- operate, personalize, and improve the Site, including product recommendations, quizzes, and merchandising;
- measure, target, and optimize our advertising across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google, including building audiences and measuring which ads lead to visits or purchases;
- analyze site traffic and performance;
- administer promotions, discounts, giveaways, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Legal Bases (Visitors in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to process and deliver your order); consent (for marketing communications and for non-essential cookies and advertising technologies, which we do not set until you consent); legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, and improving our products and services, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 8).
5. Who We Share Information With
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients. We do not sell personal information for money to anyone.
Our platform and infrastructure providers. Shopify Inc. hosts our online store and processes orders, payments, and customer accounts on our behalf. Shopify also provides analytics about our store's performance.
Payment and financing providers. Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay process payments and, where applicable, financing. These providers act as independent controllers of the payment data they collect and have their own privacy policies.
Shipping and logistics providers. Carriers and shipping-software providers (including ShippingEasy, USPS, UPS, and FedEx) receive the name, address, and contact details needed to deliver your order.
Advertising and analytics partners. We use technologies from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snap (Snapchat), and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to measure our advertising and to show you relevant ads on those platforms and across the internet. These partners may receive online identifiers, device information, IP address, and information about the pages and products you view or purchase. This may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under state privacy laws, and you can opt out (see Section 8). In regions where we ask for consent, these technologies do not load until you consent.
Marketing and customer-experience providers. Our email and text-message platforms (including Klaviyo and Postscript), our product-review provider (Loox), our cart and offer tools (including Candy Rack), and our subscription provider (Recharge) process the information needed to provide those services to us.
Affiliate and creator partners. Our affiliate platform (Refersion) and creator partners receive information necessary to attribute referrals and calculate commissions. We do not share your name or contact details with individual creators.
Retailers and distributors. For wholesale and retail-partner relationships, we share business contact information with our distributors and retail partners. We do not share individual consumer purchase data with retailers.
Professional advisors and authorities. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers; and law enforcement, regulators, or courts where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Policy or provide notice of any material change.
6. Cookies, Pixels, and Your Choices
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site (for example, to keep items in your cart), and, subject to your choices, technologies for analytics and advertising. A full list of the technologies we use, what each does, and how to control them is in our Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice.
You can control non-essential cookies at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the Site footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for residents of states that recognize it.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Order and transaction records: seven (7) years, to meet tax, accounting, and warranty obligations.
- Customer account information: for as long as your account is active, and for three (3) years after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
- Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe, and then on a suppression list indefinitely so we can honor your opt-out.
- Website analytics and advertising identifiers: generally up to twenty-five (25) months, or the retention period set by the applicable platform, whichever is shorter.
- Customer-service records: three (3) years from the date the matter is closed.
- Reviews and user-submitted content: for as long as the content is published, unless you ask us to remove it.
We may keep information longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Your Privacy Rights

We will ask you to provide information we already hold, typically your email address and details of a recent order. We use that information only to verify your request.

8.3 Rights in the EEA and UK
If you are in the EEA or UK, you additionally have the rights to object to processing, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at support@pacinossignatureline.com to exercise these rights.
9. Notice of Financial Incentive
We sometimes offer a discount, promotional code, or entry into a giveaway in exchange for joining our email or text-message list. Because this involves collecting personal information in return for something of value, California law requires the following disclosure.
- What we collect: your email address and, if you opt into texts, your mobile phone number.
- What you get: the discount or offer described at the time of signup (for example, a percentage off your first order).
- How we value the information: we estimate the value of your information to be approximately equal to the value of the discount offered, calculated as the expected cost of the discount relative to the average order it is applied to. This is a good-faith estimate; we do not otherwise assign a monetary value to your personal information.
- How to join: by entering your email address or phone number in a signup form and confirming your consent.
- How to withdraw: unsubscribe from any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Withdrawing does not affect a discount you already used.
- Participation is voluntary. You do not need to join to purchase from us.
10. Marketing Emails and Text Messages
We send marketing emails and text messages only to people who have opted in. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, and out of texts by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Additional terms for our text-message program are in our Terms of Service.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@pacinossignatureline.com and we will delete it.
12. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, restricted access to customer data on a need-to-know basis, and reliance on PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors that handle card data so that we never receive full card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International Visitors
We are based in the United States and our service providers are located primarily in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
14. Third-Party Sites and Retailers
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including retailers that carry our products (such as Target, Walmart, CVS, and Amazon) and social media platforms. When you follow those links, the destination site's own privacy policy governs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Purchases you make on a retailer's website are transactions with that retailer, not with us.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice (for example, a notice on the Site or an email to subscribers) before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an updated Policy means you accept the updated Policy.
