Pacinos Wireless Hair Trimmer

Store owner replied: Hello Mr. Lomax, We have contacted you several times requesting a video demonstrating the issue you reported with the trimmers so that we could properly evaluate the situation and provide a replacement if the units were determined to be defective. Customer photo review of Hair & Beard Touch Up Powder – Instantly Covers Gray Hair, Bald Spots & Patchy Beards – Water-Resistant, Natural Finish – Black – 4g Color Kit Haircare

2 weeks while on vacation and it still holding on strong . This is the best product I’ve seen thus far . I was really close to shaving my head due to thinning of the crown area but now that I discovered this product I might just hold off. It holds through pool, beach , sweat and wind. The only thing that make this better will be increasing the sponge size

Under Eye Tightener

It seems the formula for this product has been revised as it doesn’t perform the same as the many previous times I purchased and used. The hold is not nearly as strong and firm as previous orders. The consistency is noticeablely softer and more liquid vs. the firm paste in your original formula. If this is the new version I will have to look for another product for my needs that performs better. The previous version had much better hold providing better hair volume for styling. Very disappointed. I used to use a product that has bees wax which was the best I’ve used. I may have to go back to that type of product.

Customer photo review of Beard Pencil Filler + Brush

I've been a customer for at least 2 years and I love the product but lately I've noticed a change in the quality of bristles since i first started buying 2 years ago, the bristles are less firm and they smudge more easily. Fix that glitch and you'll definitely have the top beard product line out there.

I got 1 pen and it worked well. The problem is i got the 3x deal and all 3 did not work. Do they expire or something? I had all 3 put away and when i finally opened them they didn't produce any color at all

Store owner replied: Hello Israel, thank you for reaching out. We found your order from late November for the 3+1 Black Beard Pencil Bundle. All sales are final and this order is over six months old, but we value your loyalty as a repeat customer, so as a goodwill gesture we’d like to send you two replacement units. Before we process them, please send us a short video showing the pencils not working (for example, on a sheet of paper). We share this with our manufacturer for quality control. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, Pacinos Support

I ordered the leave in conditioner and I received the sea salt spray instead
