Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 569 reviews.
I've been a customer for at least 2 years and I love the product but lately I've noticed a change in the quality of bristles since i first started buying 2 years ago, the bristles are less firm and they smudge more easily. Fix that glitch and you'll definitely have the top beard product line out there.
I got 1 pen and it worked well. The problem is i got the 3x deal and all 3 did not work. Do they expire or something? I had all 3 put away and when i finally opened them they didn't produce any color at all
Store owner replied: Hello Israel, thank you for reaching out. We found your order from late November for the 3+1 Black Beard Pencil Bundle. All sales are final and this order is over six months old, but we value your loyalty as a repeat customer, so as a goodwill gesture we’d like to send you two replacement units. Before we process them, please send us a short video showing the pencils not working (for example, on a sheet of paper). We share this with our manufacturer for quality control. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you soon. Best regards, Pacinos Support

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alright listen up fellas! This right here? The Pacinos Beard Pencil…is like Photoshop for your face. Patchy spots? Gone. Crooked lines? Fixed. Looking like you just left your barber even though you rolled outta bed? Yup, that’s the vibe. It goes on super clean, blends perfectly, and actually stays put. No streaks, no smudges, just that crispy, lined-up look all day long. If your beard game’s been looking a little like a game of connect-the-dots, Pacinos has got your back.
Great product!
