This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on www.pacinosproducts.com, what each one does, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What These Technologies Are

Pixels (also called tags or beacons) are small pieces of code that load when you view a page and let a company record that the page was viewed. Local storage works like a cookie but stores data in your browser rather than in a file. We use all three, and we refer to them collectively as "cookies" in this Notice.
Cookies set by us are first-party. Cookies set by another company through our Site are third-party.
2. Categories We Use
Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to work. They keep your cart contents, remember your currency and language, keep you signed in, secure checkout, and protect against fraud. These cannot be switched off, and we set them without asking for consent because the Site cannot function without them.
Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are viewed, how visitors navigate, and where problems occur, so we can improve it.
Marketing and advertising. Let us measure our advertising and show you relevant ads on other platforms and websites. These are the technologies that may involve a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under state privacy laws.
Preferences and functionality. Remember choices you make, such as a dismissed popup or a saved product preference.

Third-party providers are independently responsible for the data they collect through these technologies. Their privacy policies govern that data: Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Justuno, Loox, Recharge, Afterpay.
4. Your Choices
Consent banner. When you first visit from a region where we ask for consent, we show a banner. Analytics and marketing technologies do not load until you accept them. You can accept all, decline all, or choose categories.
Change your mind at any time. Use the Cookie preferences link in the Site footer to review or change your choices. Declining after previously accepting stops further collection through those technologies.
Do Not Sell or Share. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") link in the Site footer to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and you do not need to do anything else.
Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from working.
Platform-level controls. You can also limit ad personalization directly with the platforms: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok ad settings, Snapchat ad preferences, and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
5. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period, typically from 30 minutes to 24 months, depending on the provider and its purpose, unless you delete them sooner.
6. Changes
We update this Notice when the technologies on our Site change. Check the "Last Updated" date above for the current version.
